Als verpleegkundige binnen het Operatiekwartier speel je een cruciale rol in het zorgtraject van onze patiënten. Jij bent het vertrouwde gezicht dat hen warm verwelkomt en met zorg begeleidt. Je werkdag is dynamisch en afwisselend, waarbij je de volgende taken op jou neemt:

  • Zorg met precisie: Het voorbereiden van operatiezalen, het klaarstomen van patiënten en het plaatsen van perifere katheters zijn dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden die jij met toewijding uitvoert.
  • Veelzijdige inzetbaarheid: Je vervult meerdere rollen binnen het Operatiekwartier, zoals omloopverpleegkundige, anesthesieverpleegkundige en instrumentist.
  • Ambulant operatiekwartier: Je ondersteunt artsen bij onderzoeken en ingrepen onder lokale verdoving, waarbij je steeds oog hebt voor de noden van de patiënt.
  • Bij ons maak je deel uit van een vooruitstrevende omgeving waarin patiëntgerichtheid en innovatie centraal staan. Jouw toewijding maakt een tastbaar verschil in de missie van AZORG: zorg van de hoogste kwaliteit voor elke patiënt.

Jij bent een verpleegkundige die niet alleen bekwaam is, maar ook gepassioneerd om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.

  • Kwalificaties: Je hebt een diploma bachelor verpleegkunde en een geldig visum. Ben je een HBO5-verpleegkundige? Dan sta je open om je bachelor binnen een afgesproken termijn te behalen.
  • Open voor vernieuwing: Je kijkt ernaar uit om deel te nemen aan het opstarten van een nieuw verhaal binnen ons fusieziekenhuis. Veranderingen schrikken jou niet af, maar motiveren je juist.
  • Persoonlijke kwaliteiten: Je bent empathisch, flexibel en professioneel. Jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, maken jou een waardevolle schakel binnen het team.

  • Teamspeler en zelfstandige: Of je nu samenwerkt in een team of zelfstandig een taak oppakt, jij doet het met evenveel overtuiging en precisie.
  • Flexibiliteit in werktijden: Je bent bereid om te werken in een variabel uurrooster en neemt zonder problemen wachtdiensten
  • Jij bent een verpleegkundige die zich helemaal thuis voelt in een dynamische omgeving en graag een stapje extra zet voor uitstekende zorg.
  • Je kan binnen 30 minuten ter plaatse zijn wanneer je wachtdienst hebt.
