In ons operatiekwartier werk je in een hoogtechnologische omgeving waar precisie, teamwork en patiëntveiligheid de sleutelwoorden zijn. Jij bent een drijvende kracht in dit complexe en uitdagende zorgproces.

Binnen de verschillende clusters neem je een centrale rol op in het ondersteunen van uiteenlopende, complexe ingrepen.

Jouw taken:

Zorg voor de patiënt en kwaliteit

- Je zorgt voor een veilige en goed voorbereide operatiezaal, waarbij je alle materialen nauwkeurig klaarlegt volgens de noden van de ingreep en specialisatie. - Je waakt over de steriliteit en het zorgvuldig hanteren van de chirurgische instrumenten, met oog voor detail en patiëntveiligheid. - Je draagt zorg voor het comfort en het welbevinden van de patiënt gedurende het hele operatietraject en biedt ondersteuning bij de nazorg.

Betrokkenheid in het team

- Je denkt actief mee over hoe we onze werking en zorgprocessen binnen het operatiekwartier kunnen verbeteren. - Je bent bereid om de rol van instrumenterende verpleegkundige op te nemen waar nodig.

In deze functie sta je vaak in contact met andere afdelingen zoals recovery, IC, spoed, labo.

- Je beschikt over een diploma Bachelor in de Verpleegkunde. Ervaring in het OK is zeker een troef, maar geen must. - Je werkt graag in een hoogtechnologische omgeving en leert graag bij over deze dynamische omgeving. - Je blijft rustig en gefocust. Ook onder druk blijf je helder communiceren. - Je bent een echte teamspeler: je stemt vlot af, ondersteunt je collega’s met flexibiliteit en bouwt mee aan een sterk team.
