Op onze orthopedische afdeling 7E bied je totale, planmatige zorg aan patiënten met oog voor hun lichamelijke én psychosociale behoeften. Je werkt nauw samen met artsen en collega’s, bewaakt continuïteit en kwaliteit, en draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen. Daarnaast begeleid je stagiair(e)s en ondersteun je het team waar nodig.

WAT?

  • ZAS Middelheim (2020, Antwerpen)
  • 38 uur/week (100%)
  • Shiften, dag/nacht/weekend

OVER DE JOB

  • Zorg met een hart – Jij verleent individuele, totale en planmatige zorg met oog voor de lichamelijke en psychosociale behoeften van elke patiënt.
  • Vertrouwen in jouw handen – Verpleegkundige opdrachten van de arts voer je correct en zorgzaam uit, eventueel met steun van ziekenhuis- en verzorgingsassistenten.
  • Altijd verbonden – Je verzekert continuïteit via mondelinge besprekingen, schriftelijke registraties en verpleegkundige transfertnota’s.
  • Kwaliteit voorop – Je bewaakt de verpleegkundige dienstverlening en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.
  • Samen sterk – Je werkt onder leiding van de hoofdverpleegkundige en neemt diens taken op wanneer nodig.
  • Een mentor in de maak – Je begeleidt stagiair(e)s met zorg en draagt bij aan hun leerproces binnen de afdeling.

  • Diploma & visum – Je hebt een bachelor of HBO5 verpleegkunde met geldig verpleegkundig visum.
  • Zorg met een hart – Jij verleent individuele, totale en planmatige zorg met oog voor de lichamelijke én psychosociale behoeften van elke patiënt.
  • Vertrouwen in jouw handen – Verpleegkundige opdrachten van de arts voer je correct en zorgzaam uit, eventueel met steun van ziekenhuis- en verzorgingsassistenten.

  • Samen sterk – Naast administratieve en technische taken begeleid je stagiair(e)s en draag je bij aan een goed werkend team.
