  • Als verpleegkundige op het Orthopedisch Centrum bied je warme, kwaliteitsvolle en patiëntgerichte zorg, afgestemd op de specifieke behoeften van elke patiënt.
  • Op ons Orthopedisch Centrum begeleid je patiënten voor en na orthopedische ingrepen en maak je dagelijks het verschil in hun herstelproces.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met artsen, collega-verpleegkundigen, kinesitherapeuten en je hoofdverpleegkundige om de best mogelijke zorg te garanderen.
  • Je registreert patiëntgegevens correct, nauwkeurig en met respect voor de privacy.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen de afdeling en draagt actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw van kwalitatieve zorg.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in orthopedische zorg of wil je hierin verder verdiepen.
  • Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en draagt graag bij aan een toekomstgerichte en innovatieve zorgomgeving.
  • Dankzij jouw empathie en luisterbereidheid stel je patiënten en hun familie op hun gemak.
  • Patiëntgerichtheid, collegialiteit, vriendelijkheid en integriteit typeren jou.
  • Je communiceert vlot en respectvol met patiënten, bezoekers en collega's.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed en kan je vlot behelpen in het Frans en/of Engels.
