Als verpleegkundige osteoporose zorg komt dit allemaal tot zijn recht. Je zet je met liefde in voor de allerbeste verpleegkundige zorg voor patiënten met osteoporose of een verhoogd risico op osteoporose. Verpleegkundige Osteoporose Zorg, dit ga je betekenen Als verpleegkundige osteoporose ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verpleegkundige zorgverlening aan patiënten met de (mogelijke) diagnose osteoporose die de polikliniek interne geneeskunde bezoeken. Natuurlijk voer je anamnesegesprekken en vraag je geprotocolleerde diagnostiek aan. Maar er is meer: je voert zelfstandig verpleegkundige spreekuren en stelt in overleg met de medisch specialist de zorgbehoefte en het behandelplan vast. Daarnaast verzorg je telefonisch consulten met patiënten en andere zorgprofessionals. Je biedt niet alleen zorg, maar ontwikkelt deze ook mee naar een hoger plan. Met je collega's binnen de polikliniek interne geneeskunde werk je graag op een positieve en constructieve manier samen. Natuurlijk in eerste plaats met jouw eigen patiënten, maar daarnaast met je naaste collega's, medisch specialisten en managers. Dat vraagt dat je prettig in de omgang bent, stressbestendig en flexibel bent. Je bent goed in het motiveren en stimuleren van patiënten tijdens het behandelproces.
