Verpleegkundige ouderen - 24-36 uur - Dordrecht Ben jij verpleegkundige en wil je jouw vak uitoefenen op een plek waar je cliënten écht leert kennen? Waar verpleegkundige zorg, begeleiding en kwaliteit van leven samenkomen? Dan voel jij je waarschijnlijk thuis op onze nieuwbouw locatie Betje Wolff in Dordrecht. Deze opent januari 2027 , eerder starten kan maar dan op een locatie in Zwijndrecht. Wij zoeken jou, of je nu 24 of 32 uur wilt werken! Jouw rol Als verpleegkundige in de gehandicaptenzorg ben je veel meer dan degene die verpleegtechnische handelingen uitvoert. Jij bent de medische spil van de locatie en zorgt ervoor dat medische zorg, begeleiding en welzijn naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Je werkt met ouder wordende cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking. Door het ouder worden zien we steeds vaker dementie, lichamelijke achteruitgang en complexere medische zorgvragen. Hierdoor combineer je ouderenzorg, verpleegkundige zorg en begeleiding in één veelzijdige functie. Je werkt met een vaste groep bewoners waardoor je mensen, hun familie en hun levensverhaal echt leert kennen. Juist daardoor signaleer je veranderingen vroeg, kun je preventief handelen en draag je direct bij aan het welzijn van bewoners. - uitvoeren en coördineren van verpleegkundige zorg; - uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen zoals diabeteszorg, katheterzorg en sondevoeding; - bewaken van medicatieveiligheid, hygiëne en infectiepreventie; - afstemmen met huisarts, Arts-VG-, fysiotherapie, apotheek en andere disciplines; - ondersteunen en coachen van collega's bij complexe lichamelijke zorg; - signaleren van veranderingen in gezondheid, gedrag of welzijn. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de handeling. Je helpt bewoners zoveel mogelijk regie over hun eigen leven te houden , ook wanneer de zorg intensiever wordt. Je krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende zorgvragen zoals dementie, diabetes, epilepsie, mobiliteitsproblemen, palliatieve zorg en complexe medicat...
