Da’s kiezen voor een warme werkplek waar je voldoening haalt uit je werk! Hof Sint Jozef is een klein woonzorgcentrum met een capaciteit van 72 bedden, daarnaast zijn er 20 assistentiewoningen voor ouderen die nog zelfstandig kunnen wonen. Het bevindt zich op een prachtige groene oase in de bruisende stadswijk ‘t Kiel.

Hof Sint Jozef onderscheidt zich qua doelgroep van de meeste andere woonzorgcentra. Er wonen namelijk veel ouderen die nog relatief zelfstandig zijn. Dit geeft jou en je collega’s de tijd en ruimte om jouw job uit te oefenen met de nodige aandacht en zorg.

Hof Sint Jozef maakt deel uit van MKL – Meer Kwaliteit van Leven, een warme zorggroep waar meer dan 650 collega’s het verschil maken voor bewoners, patiënten, bezoekers en hun families. MKL bestaat uit vier unieke sites in de Antwerpse regio:

  • Revalidatieziekenhuis RevArte (Edegem)
  • Zorgcampus Hof ter Schelde (Antwerpen Linkeroever)
  • WZC Hof ten Dorpe (Wommelgem)
  • WZC Hof Sint Jozef (Antwerpen Kiel)

Elke dag bouwen we er samen aan mensgerichte zorg — de soort zorg waar je zelf zonder aarzelen voor zou kiezen. Elke site heeft zijn eigen karakter, maar overal voel je dezelfde warmte, dezelfde ambitie en dezelfde drive om kwaliteitsvol te werken.

Wat ga je doen?

We zoeken een verpleegkundige om ons team overdag te versterken.

Als verpleegkundige ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de verpleegkundige zorgen aan onze bewoners. Je zal hen goed leren kennen en, samen met je collega’s, met de beste zorg omringen.

Als verpleegkundige werk je steeds onder begeleiding van een hoofdverpleegkundige. We vinden het heel belangrijk dat je goed samenwerkt met de collega’s, verpleegkundigen en zorgkundigen, en dat jullie samen de bewoners op de eerste plek zetten. Met je positieve ingesteldheid en enthousiaste aanpak tover jij vast een glimlach op het gezicht van onze bewoners!
