De bewoners staan centraal en allemaal samen gaan we voor de best mogelijke zorg op maat van iedere bewoner. De collega’s vinden het er aangenaam werken en stoefen over de vele ruimte voor eigen inbreng en flexibiliteit. De toeslagen voor bijvoorbeeld weekendwerk maken het extra interessant en de maaltijdcheques zijn een leuke extra. Kortom, dé plek waar jij graag zal werken.

Woonzorgcentrum Hof ter Schelde maakt deel uit van het grotere geheel, MKL. MKL is een vzw waar 600 medewerkers op 3 verschillende locaties (revalidatieziekenhuis RevArte, WZC Hof ten Dorpe en Zorgcampus Hof ter Schelde) het beste van zichzelf geven. We heten je dus graag welkom in een grote, warme organisatie waar mensen (zowel medewerkers als bewoners/patiënten) op de eerste plek komen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als verpleegkundige ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de verpleegkundige zorgen aan de bewoners van jouw wooneenheid. Ons woonzorgcentrum is namelijk onderverdeeld in 4 wooneenheden. Je zal op één van deze éénheden de bewoners goed leren kennen en, samen met je collega’s, hen met de beste zorg omringen.

Als verpleegkundige werk je steeds onder begeleiding van een hoofdverpleegkundige. We vinden het heel belangrijk dat je goed samenwerkt met de collega’s en dat jullie samen de bewoners op de eerste plek zetten. Met je positieve ingesteldheid en enthousiaste aanpak tover jij vast een glimlach op het gezicht van onze bewoners!
