The posting

Ouderenzorg Glorieux bestaat uit 2 woonzorgcentra, 2 groepen van assistentiewoningen en een dagverzorgingscentrum.

Op de site in Maarkedal bevindt zich WZC De Samaritaan dat 184 bewoners huisvest. Voor deze voorziening zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste verpleegkundige met een passie voor ouderenzorg.

Het is de opdracht van Ouderenzorg Glorieux om kwalitatief hoogstaande zorgen te verstrekken aan ouderen door enerzijds de nodige deskundigheid aan de dag te leggen, maar vooral ook door onze bewoners een warm hart toe te dragen.

Ouderenzorg Glorieux draagt ook zorg voor haar medewerkers. We zijn transparant in onze verwachtingen en komen onze beloftes na. Eerlijkheid en betrouwbaarheid stellen we voorop. Onze medewerkers krijgen correcte feedback en de mogelijkheid om te leren en te groeien. Deskundige en enthousiaste medewerkers zijn ons kloppend hart!

We zoeken een verpleegkundige om ons team in WZC De Samaritaan te versterken. Je verleent warme en deskundige zorg aan de bewoners van het woonzorgcentrum.

  • Je voert verpleegkundige taken uit en coördineert mee de zorg en het verpleegproces.
  • Je delegeert taken aan zorgkundigen en volgt ze op.
  • Je informeert bewoners en hun omgeving en verleent psychosociale ondersteuning.
  • Je voert zorgkundige handelingen uit waarbij je oog hebt voor het algemeen comfort en de lichamelijke, psychische en sociale noden van de bewoner.
  • Je communiceert met huisartsen, hoofdverpleegkundigen, zorgkundigen etc.
  • Je ondersteunt de dienst bij administratieve taken (o.a. medicatiefiche, fixatie, registraties…).
  • Je optimaliseert en participeert actief aan veilige kwaliteitszorg.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma verpleegkunde of je bent een gegradueerd verpleegkundige.
  • Je draagt ouderen een warm hart toe.
  • Positief ingesteld? Check! Daarnaast ben je leergierig en hulpvaardig.
  • Kwaliteitsvolle zorg primeert. Integriteit en respect typeren je.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar werkt ook graag zelfstandig. Je past je vlot aan in verschillende situaties.
  • Je communiceert vlot, maar discreet.
