Op dit moment zijn wij op zoek naar een Verpleegkundige voor de afdeling PAAZ in Asse.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als verpleegkundige op de PAAZ-afdeling bied je integrale zorg (verzorgend én psychosociaal) aan een toegewezen groep patiënten. Je werkt nauw samen binnen een multidisciplinair team en draagt actief bij aan het herstel en welzijn van de patiënt.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

Uitvoeren van verpleegkundige en verzorgende taken

  • Observatie en opvolging van de fysieke, psychische en sociale toestand van patiënten
  • Bijdragen aan diagnose en behandeling in samenwerking met artsen
  • Ondersteunen bij dagelijkse verzorging en comfort van patiënten

Waarborgen van kwaliteit en continuïteit van zorg

  • Actieve deelname aan teamoverleggen en multidisciplinair overleg
  • Rapporteren en overdragen van patiëntinformatie
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten in de zorgverlening

Psychosociale begeleiding en ondersteuning

  • Onthaal en begeleiding van patiënten en hun familie
  • Voeren van gesprekken en bieden van emotionele ondersteuning
  • Psycho-educatie en begeleiding bij psychiatrische problematiek
  • Omgaan met crisissituaties en verhoogd toezicht bij kwetsbare patiënten

Administratieve taken

  • Correct bijhouden van patiëntendossiers en registraties
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van zorgplannen

Opleiding en ontwikkeling

  • Begeleiden van studenten en nieuwe collega’s
  • Actief onderhouden en ontwikkelen van eigen kennis en vaardigheden

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een betrokken en professionele verpleegkundige met een sterke interesse in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een diploma bachelor of gegradueerd verpleegkunde (of gelijkgesteld) en een geldig visum
  • Affiniteit met psychiatrie en psychosociale zorg
  • Sterke observatie- en klinische vaardigheden

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in volgende competenties:

  • Mensgericht en empathisch: je speelt in op de noden van patiënten en hun omgeving
  • Stressbestendig: je blijft rustig en efficiënt in uitdagende situaties
  • Teamplayer: je werkt doelgericht samen met collega’s en andere disciplines
  • Communicatief sterk: je rapporteert helder en bouwt vertrouwen op met patiënten
  • Initiatief en verantwoordelijkheidszin: je ziet werk en neemt acties waar nodig
  • Flexibel en oplossingsgericht: je past je vlot aan veranderende situaties aan
