Bouw mee aan warme en waardige palliatieve zorg

Bij Den Boomgaard geloven we dat goede zorg verder gaat dan medische handelingen alleen. Zeker in palliatieve zorg maken nabijheid, comfort, waardigheid en menselijke verbinding het verschil.

Daarom zoeken wij een verpleegkundige met een hart voor zorg én de drive om mee richting te geven aan ons palliatief beleid. Iemand die bewoners, families én collega’s ondersteunt in kwetsbare momenten maar tegelijk ook energie krijgt van innovatie, samenwerking en kwaliteitsverbetering.

Naast je rol als verpleegkundige in het huis, word je een actieve kracht binnen ons palliatief supportteam én een mee-trekker van een vernieuwend project rond palliatieve zorg dat we samen met verschillende universiteiten uitbouwen.

💛 Wat ga je doen?

Als verpleegkundige - palliatief referent combineer je warme bewonerszorg met een inhoudelijke trekkersrol binnen palliatieve zorg.

In de dagelijkse zorg:

  • Je biedt kwalitatieve en warme verpleegkundige zorg aan bewoners
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met bewoners en hun familie
  • Je hebt oog voor comfort, levenskwaliteit, autonomie en waardigheid
  • Je observeert, signaleert en stemt zorg af op de noden van bewoners
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en artsen binnen een multidisciplinair team

Als palliatief referent:

  • Je maakt deel uit van het palliatief supportteam binnen het woonzorgcentrum
  • Je ondersteunt collega’s bij palliatieve zorgvragen en complexe situaties
  • Je helpt mee het palliatief beleid verder uitbouwen en verankeren
  • Je stimuleert deskundigheid en sensibilisering rond palliatieve zorg op de werkvloer
  • Je volgt evoluties en nieuwe inzichten binnen palliatieve zorg op

Binnen ons innovatieproject:

  • Je bent een actieve trekker binnen een innovatief samenwerkingsproject met universiteiten
  • Je denkt mee na over nieuwe methodieken en kwaliteitsverbetering binnen palliatieve zorg
  • Je helpt bruggen bouwen tussen praktijk, onderzoek en opleiding
  • Je krijgt ruimte om ideeën aan te brengen en mee vorm te geven aan de toekomst van zorg

👤 Wie zoeken we?

Jij bent iemand die warme zorg combineert met engagement en professionele nieuwsgierigheid.

  • Diploma verpleegkunde (A2, bachelor of master)
  • Bijzondere interesse in palliatieve zorg
  • Ervaring of opleiding binnen palliatieve zorg is een sterke meerwaarde
  • Je communiceert empathisch en professioneel
  • Je neemt initiatief en durft verantwoordelijkheid opnemen
  • Je werkt graag samen en ondersteunt collega’s
  • Je krijgt energie van vernieuwing en kwaliteitsvolle zorg
