Werken bij ZorgSpectrum Arbeidsvoorwaarden Verpleegkundige PG+ - Op locatie - - Nieuwegein ( Nieuwegein ) - € 2.981,98 - € 4.245,84 - Zorg Verpleegkundige PG+ Wil jij jouw verpleegkundige expertise inzetten binnen de specialistische dementiezorg? Op de PG+ afdeling in locatie Vreeswijk in Nieuwegein werk je met cliënten die door dementie, complexe zorgvragen of moeilijk te begrijpen gedrag intensieve begeleiding nodig hebben. Je combineert verpleegkundige zorg met observatie, coördinatie en verdieping in gedrag. Jouw uitdaging Op de PG+ afdeling wonen cliënten die langdurig meer ondersteuning nodig hebben dan binnen een reguliere psychogeriatrische afdeling kan worden geboden. Zij hebben behoefte aan extra nabijheid, een duidelijke structuur en een team dat verder kijkt dan het zichtbare gedrag. Als verpleegkundige houd je overzicht over de verpleegkundige zorg en begeleid je collega's bij complexe situaties. Je observeert en analyseert veranderingen in gedrag en gezondheid en vertaalt deze naar passende acties. Daarbij kijk je samen met het multidisciplinaire team naar mogelijke oorzaken, zoals pijn, angst, overprikkeling of een behoefte aan contact. Je hebt een actieve rol in het opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van zorgplannen. Je stemt af met onder andere verzorgenden, helpenden, psychologen, specialisten ouderengeneeskunde en andere behandelaren. Ook betrek je familie en naasten, omdat hun kennis en ervaringen belangrijk zijn om de cliënt goed te begrijpen. Daarnaast deel je jouw verpleegkundige kennis binnen het team en help je collega's om signalen te herkennen en zorgvuldig te handelen. Je krijgt ruimte om mee te denken over de verdere ontwikkeling van PG+ en de samenwerking met D-ZEP. Zo draag je niet alleen bij aan goede zorg voor vandaag, maar ook aan de specialistische dementiezorg van morgen.
