Zoek jij een baan dichterbij huis in Lopik en ben jij verpleegkundige (gediplomeerd of in opleiding)? Wij zoeken liefdevolle en deskundige verpleegkundige collega's voor woonzorgcentrum de Schutse in Lopik. Wat doe je als verpleegkundige? in woonzorgcentrum De Schutse wonen 35 bewoners met een psychogeriatrische (PG) en somatische zorgvraag. Omdat De Schutse zo klein is, leer je de bewoners en hun families snel kennen. Met jouw expertise samen met het hechte team: collega's in de zorg, medewerkers welzijn en behandelaren ben je verantwoordelijk voor de zorg van de bewoners. Het is jouw missie dat ze zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig kunnen wonen en ondersteuning krijgen waar nodig in samenspraak met informele zorg (o.a. mantelzorgers). Daarnaast begeleid je leerlingen en stagiaires. Omdat mensen langer thuis blijven wonen, wordt de zorg steeds complexer. Dit maakt de functie erg uitdagend. De teammanager geeft je volop de ruimte om mee te denken en zorgt voor begeleiding, scholing en ontwikkeling. Uiteraard is er ook voldoende tijd voor teambuilding én gezelligheid! Als verpleegkundige is dit waar jij voor zorgt: - Je werkt op basis van de behoeften van bewoners, in samenspraak met familie en mantelzorgers - Je verricht ADL-werkzaamheden, eventuele voorbehouden handelingen en coördineert de zorg. - Je draagt bij aan de nieuwe ontwikkelingen op de afdeling en deelt jouw kennis en ervaring met de collega's in jouw team. - Je bouwt met de collega's aan een omgeving waarin bewoners zich gezien, gehoord, gekend en erkend voelen.
