Soms juist in goed kijken, begrijpen wat iemand nodig heeft en samen een bewuste keuze maken. Als verpleegkundige heb je daarin een belangrijke rol. Je werkt mee in de zorg én brengt overzicht wanneer situaties complexer worden. Je redeneert klinisch, coördineert waar nodig en helpt collega's om vanuit hun eigen deskundigheid goede beslissingen te nemen. Je hoeft het niet allemaal zelf te doen. Juist door kennis te delen, vragen te stellen en verantwoordelijkheid samen te dragen, maak je het team sterker. Wat je doet Je: • signaleert veranderingen bij bewoners en vertaalt deze naar passende acties; • redeneert klinisch: je observeert, analyseert, handelt en volgt het effect; • coördineert de zorg wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt; • bewaakt samen met collega's de kwaliteit en veiligheid van zorg; • coacht collega's in het dagelijks werk en helpt hen groeien in deskundigheid en vertrouwen; • werkt nauw samen met artsen, behandelaren, naasten en vrijwilligers; • stelt zorgplannen op, evalueert deze en zorgt dat ze aansluiten bij wat voor de bewoner belangrijk is; • voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en ondersteunt bij complexere zorgvragen; • kijkt altijd ve...
