Op dit moment zijn wij op zoek naar een Verpleegkundige voor de dienst Raadpleging Cardiologie.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Ben jij een verpleegkundige die graag zelfstandig werkt, houdt van patiëntencontact én interesse heeft in medisch-technische onderzoeken en behandelingen? Dan is deze functie binnen de raadpleging Cardiologie van AZORG misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team en speelt een belangrijke rol in het begeleiden van patiënten.

Jobinhoud

Als verpleegkundige in de raadpleging Cardiologie sta je in voor het plannen, coördineren en uitvoeren van verpleegkundige en medisch-technische activiteiten binnen het hartcentrum. Je werkt nauw samen met artsen en andere zorgverleners om een kwaliteitsvolle en efficiënte patiëntenzorg te garanderen.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen en medisch-technische onderzoeken volgens het principe van totaalzorg, onder andere: EKG afnemen, fietsproeven, Holters aanhangen, bloeddruk meters, tilting test, analyseren van holters.
  • Observeren, begeleiden en opvolgen van patiënten voor, tijdens en na onderzoeken of behandelingen.
  • Informeren en ondersteunen van patiënten en hun naasten gedurende het zorgproces.
  • Registreren van patiëntgegevens en uitvoeren van administratieve taken zoals afsprakenbeheer.
  • Voorbereiden van onderzoeks- en behandelingslokalen en zorgen voor een correct materiaalbeheer.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, hygiëne, veiligheid en het onderhoud van medische apparatuur.
  • Actief samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair team.

Wie ben jij?

Wij zoeken een collega die patiëntgericht werkt en zich thuis voelt in een dynamische omgeving.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een diploma verpleegkunde conform de wettelijke vereisten voor de uitoefening van het beroep. Je hebt al een eerste werkervaring in een ziekenhuisomgeving.
  • Interesse in medisch-technische onderzoeken en behandelingen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een sterke patiëntgerichte houding.
  • Teamspirit en een constructieve samenwerking met artsen en collega's.
  • Organisatorisch talent en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Een kwaliteitsbewuste en nauwkeurige werkstijl.
  • Stressbestendigheid, flexibiliteit en initiatief.
  • Basisvaardigheden in informaticatoepassingen.
