Je wordt onderdeel van een multidisciplinair team op de polikliniek Urologie. Op de poli Urologie leveren wij zorg binnen verschillende aandachtsgebieden zoals prostaat-, blaas- en nierkanker, andrologie, gender en neuro-urologie. Op deze drukbezochte poli verzorg jij de spreekuurondersteuning met de daaruit voortkomende verpleegkundige handelingen en onderzoeken. Je geeft informatie en advies en begeleidt patiënten en hun naasten. Je houdt zelfstandig verpleegkundige spreekuren waarin je bijvoorbeeld lesgeeft in zelfkatheterisatie, blaasspoelingen toedient of urodynamische onderzoeken uitvoert. Je assisteert daarnaast bij verrichtingen zoals cystoscopieën, plaatsen van JJ-katheters, botoxbehandelingen en prostaatbiopsies. Eén van onze speerpunten is het continu verbeteren van de kwaliteit van zorg. Om dit te realiseren ben je naast de eerder genoemde werkzaamheden samen met één of meerdere collega's verantwoordelijk voor een aandachtsgebied. Dit houdt in dat je je bezighoudt met kwaliteitsverbetering, het uitwisselen van kennis en het actueel houden van protocollen en patiëntinformatie. Je begeleidt daarnaast ook studenten. De polikliniek is geopend op maandag t/m vrijdag van 08.00 tot 16.30 uur. Jouw werkdagen zullen in ieder geval maandag en woensdag zijn. De overige werkdagen worden in overleg vastgesteld. Wat neem je mee? - Je bent een gediplomeerd mbo- of hbo-verpleegkundige met BIG-registratie (of behaalt deze registratie op korte termijn); - Ervaring in een ziekenhuis en met urologie is een pré; - Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en komt goed tot je recht in een dynamische werkomgeving; - Je werkt goed zelfstandig en...
