Verpleegkundige preoperatieve screening Verpleegkundigen / verloskundigen Zürich Algemeen Werken in de zorg, maar liever niet in de klassieke hectiek van een verpleegafdeling? Dan is dit misschien precies wat je zoekt. Binnen een gerenommeerd universitair ziekenhuis in Zwitserland bereid je patiënten voor op een geplande ingreep en vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen verpleegkunde, anesthesie en orthopedie. Je werkt in een klein en enthousiast team, hebt veel persoonlijk contact met patiënten en krijgt een functie waarin jouw verpleegkundige kennis én organisatietalent samenkomen. Werkzaamheden Voorafgaand aan een ingreep komen bij jou verschillende lijnen samen. Je ontvangt en triageert patiënten, coördineert afspraken en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse planning soepel verloopt - ook als het even druk wordt. Je voert verpleegkundige informatiegesprekken, bespreekt en documenteert het opnameproces en bereidt het ontslagmanagement voor. Daarnaast blijf je praktisch-medisch bezig met onder andere bloedafnames, ECG's, longfunctieonderzoek en het meten en registreren van vitale functies. Profiel Je bent gediplomeerd verpleegkundige en hebt ervaring binnen de orthopedie. Een SRK-registratie in Zwitserland is eveneens van belang. Daarnaast ben je In het contact met patiënten vriendelijk, professioneel en servicegericht en werk je graag binnen een klein team én samen met verschillende disciplines. Wanneer er meerdere dingen tegelijk spelen, weet jij prioriteiten te stellen, houd je overzicht en blijf je nauwkeurig werken. Ook tijdens hectische momenten communiceer je rustig en duidelijk en weet je patiënten vertrouwen en zekerheid te geven. Een goede beheersing van de Duitse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, is noodzakelijk. Spreek je daarnaast Engels, Frans, Italiaans of een andere taal? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen.
