Ben jij een gedreven verpleegkundige die houdt van uitdaging, afwisseling én verdieping? Dan is dit project binnen dit revalidatiecentrum regio Melsbroek misschien exact wat jij zoekt.

Bij X-Care combineren we jouw passie voor zorg met flexibiliteit, professionele groei en een vast contract. Jij kiest voor een tijdelijk project in een hooggespecialiseerde omgeving, wij zorgen voor de rest.

Jij zal:

  • Verlenen van totaalzorg aan patiënten met complexe neurologische zorgnoden
  • Patiënten begeleiden in hun hersteltraject
  • Multidisciplinair samenwerken
  • Observeren en rapporteren
  • Ondersteunen van patiënten en familie in hun psychosociale proces

Jij bent :

  • Bachelor of HBO5 Verpleegkunde (of bijna afgestudeerd)+ visum
  • Interesse in neurologie of revalidatie
  • Zelfstandig en flexibel ingesteld
  • Bereidheid tot reizen met je eigen bedrijfswagen

Nice to have:

  • Ervaring met neurologische patiënten of revalidatiezorg
  • Kennis van wondzorg, ADL-begeleiding, klinische observatie
  • Teamplayer met empathie en sterke communicatieskills
