The posting

Pulse is een onderneming gevestigd te Kontich die verpleegkundigen aanbiedt aan klanten onder de gekende dienstverlening 'projectstaffing'.

Deze term wordt in de zorgsector gebruikt voor de inschakeling van verpleegkundigen voor tijdelijke opdrachten, vaak ter bijkomende ondersteuning van één of meerdere afdelingen.

Pulse werd in 2019 opgericht voor én door verpleegkundigen dat tot op heden ook dezelfde structuur bewaard heeft. Zij zijn operationeel in heel Vlaanderen, van ziekenhuis tot woonzorgcentrum, van kortverblijven tot chronische zorgen, van kortstondige tot langdurige projecten.

Om de familiaire, open en gemoedelijke sfeer binnen Pulse te bewaren, staan zij graag klaar voor de dagelijkse coaching- en opvolging van de verpleegkundigen. Zij zijn binnen projectstaffing een kleinere speler, waardoor je je onmiddellijk thuis voelt in dit team. Geen nummertje X of Y, maar een persoonlijke en warme aanpak.

Na de aanwerving worden de verpleegkundigen voortdurend opgevolgd en gecoacht. Het is een werkgever waarbij ze begeleid worden om te werken aan bepaalde vaardigheden en/of aan een individueel ontwikkelingsplan. Ook voor op tijd en stond eens het hart te luchten of in intervisie te gaan wordt er ruimschoots de tijd genomen.

Om individuele (leer)doelen nog extra ondersteuning te geven, worden er vaak opleidingen aangeboden, hetzij via interne of externe initiatieven.
