Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een verpleegkundige om de afdeling Orion 3 te versterken.

Orion 3 richt zich tot patiënten met een psychotische kwetsbaarheid, al dan niet in combinatie met middelengebruik, waarbij de psychose en het middelengebruik onder controle is.

Het behandelaanbod op Orion 3 onderschrijft de principes van het stress-kwetsbaarheidsmodel en het bio-psycho-sociaal model. Het therapeutisch denkmodel wordt onderbouwd vanuit de herstelvisie en aangevuld vanuit sociotherapie, gedragstherapie en het rehabilitatiemodel.

De verpleegkundige:

  • Hanteert een open, respectvolle en warme bejegening en levert een bijdrage aan een therapeutisch leefklimaat.
  • Kan de aangeboden begeleiding afstemmen op de noden van patiënten.
  • Maakt deel uit van een interdisciplinair team en werkt samen met verschillende disciplines.
  • Is reflectief over het eigen functioneren en durft zijn/haar mening te uiten in het team.
  • Kan actief luisteren, is stressbestendig en flexibel.
  • Beschikt over sterke observationele kwaliteiten en een groot aanpassingsvermogen.
  • Heeft bij voorkeur ervaring en/of affiniteit met de doelgroep.
  • Heeft vaardigheden in het omgaan met crisissituaties.
  • Werken in shiften is geen probleem.
