Als Recovery Verpleegkundige op de Post-Anesthesie Care Unit (PACU) ben jij de spil in het waarborgen van een stabiel en veilig herstel voor patiënten die net uit de anesthesie komen.

Je observeert en beoordeelt continu de vitale functies, beheert het pijnniveau en grijpt direct in bij complicaties of risico's.

Met jouw klinische blik en betrokkenheid creëer je een optimaal herstelklimaat waarin de patiënt zich veilig en comfortabel voelt.

Je werkt nauw samen met een multidisciplinair team van professionals, waarbij jullie samen streven naar de hoogste kwaliteit van postoperatieve zorg.

Functietitel Verpleegkundige Recovery Periode Per direct - Onbepaald Functie-eisen - Diploma Verpleegkundige met relevante ervaring op een Recovery-afdeling. - Uitstekende klinische vaardigheden met een sterke focus op patiëntveiligheid en comfort. - Ervaring met pijnmanagement en postoperatieve zorgprotocollen. - Goede communicatievaardigheden en de capaciteit om effectief te werken binnen een team. - Vermogen om snel te reageren en adequaat te handelen bij complicaties. - Toewijding aan voortdurende professionele ontwikkeling en het bijblijven van de nieuwste zorgstandaarden. - Je hebt affiniteit met Zelfstandige klinieken en operatiekamer (ok).
