Jessa biedt samen met haar 3250 medewerkers en 450 artsen op 4 locaties topklinische geneeskunde, warme, hoogkwalitatieve patiëntenzorg en een uitmuntende patiëntervaring. Ook onze grote groep artsen in opleiding, stagiairs en vrijwilligers dragen hiertoe bij. We zetten ieders competenties op een gelijkwaardige en complementaire manier in. campus Sint-Ursula

zijn we op zoek naar een revalidatieverpleegkundige. Als verpleegkundige werk je in een verpleegteam onder leiding van een hoofdverpleegkundige. Je werkt nauw samen met de andere zorgverleners op de afdeling (dokters, verpleeg- en zorgkundigen, paramedici). In de uitvoering van je job heb je veelvuldige contacten met de patiënten en hun familie. Je creëert en streeft naar een optimale kwaliteitszorg.Jouw job bestaat uit:

  • Het verlenen van zorg op een nauwkeurige, planmatige en deskundige manier, rekening houdend met de patiënt en zijn/haar directe omgeving.
  • Het correct uitvoeren van de handelingen die je door de arts zijn toevertrouwd, met een focus op revalidatie.
  • De continuïteit van de zorgverlening garanderen. Dit via mondelinge besprekingen en door het schriftelijk vastleggen van de verpleegactiviteiten in het zorgdossier.
  • Het meewerken aan het beheer en de organisatie van de afdeling op verpleegkundig, administratief, technisch en huishoudelijk vlak.
  • Het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van de verpleegkundige zorg.
  • Het volgen van de nodige opleidingen en bijscholingen.

  • Je bent communicatief en stressbestendig.
