  • Woonzorgcentrum Hof ten Dorpe te Wommelgem.

Wat houdt jouw job in?

Als verpleegkundige op onze geriatrische afdeling waak jij samen met je collega's over de integrale zorg aan jullie revalidanten. Jouw taken?

  • Je neemt de zorgen voor de aan jou toegewezen revalidanten voor jouw rekening. Je waakt over hun algemeen comfort en hebt aandacht voor hun lichamelijke, psychische en sociale noden.
  • Je volgt hun toestand op, merkt eventuele veranderingen en anticipeert bij crisissituaties.
  • Je bent er ook op moeilijke momenten: je luistert, begeleidt en ondersteunt.
  • Je waarborgt de continuïteit van de zorg, door het nodige overleg met collega's in te lassen en door in het elektronisch patiëntendossier je verpleegkundige handelingen goed te noteren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het multidisciplinair team om zorg- en therapieplannen af te stemmen en te verbeteren waar nodig.

Kortom: jij vormt een essentiële schakel in het revalidatieproces van jouw patiënten!
