The posting

Als verpleegkundige in WZC Groendorp ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zorgtraject van bewoners. Je combineert professionele expertise met warme, persoonsgerichte zorg en werkt nauw samen in een hecht team.

Je taken:

  • uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen;
  • opvolgen en bijwerken van zorgplannen en dossiers;
  • observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen;
  • aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, familie en artsen;
  • ondersteunen van zorgkundigen;
  • opnemen van administratieve taken.

Als verpleegkundige in WZC Groendorp draag je bij aan het zorgtraject van bewoners door verpleegkundige handelingen uit te voeren, dossiers te actualiseren en veranderingen correct te rapporteren. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor warme, persoonsgerichte zorg en een vlotte samenwerking met bewoners, familie en artsen. Je bent gemotiveerd, empathisch en stressbestendig, en blijft rustig in complexe situaties.

Verder vragen wij:

  • diploma verpleegkunde (HBO5, graduaat, basis verpleegkundige of professionele bachelor) en geldig visum;
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • zelfstandig kunnen werken én goed functioneren in team;
  • afstemmen met artsen en ondersteuning bieden aan zorgkundigen.
