Ben jij een verpleegkundige die houdt van afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en een dynamische werkomgeving? Voor een opdracht op de shortstay-afdeling G4SV zoeken we een zelfstandige projectverpleegkundige die vlot kan schakelen in een hoog werktempo.

Wat ga je doen?

Op deze afdeling begeleid je patiënten tijdens hun korte opname en sta je in voor een kwalitatieve en veilige zorgverlening. Na een grondige inwerkperiode krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een eigen patiëntenkant met maximaal 10 patiënten.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Verlenen van pre- en postoperatieve zorg
  • Opname en ontslag van patiënten
  • Uitvoeren van verpleegkundige zorgen
  • Administratieve opvolging in HIX
  • Logistieke taken zoals op- en afdienen van maaltijden en het voorbereiden van kamers voor nieuwe opnames

Je werkt in een vaste vroege (06.30u - 14.30u) of late shift (14.00u - 22.00u). Een extra troef van deze opdracht is de mooie work-life balance: je werkt niet tijdens weekends of feestdagen. Hierdoor combineer je een uitdagende ziekenhuisomgeving met regelmatige werkuren.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent een verpleegkundige die graag zelfstandig werkt en het overzicht bewaart in een dynamische ziekenhuisomgeving.

Daarnaast:

  • Beschik je over een diploma bachelor of HBO5 verpleegkunde
  • Heb je ervaring in een ziekenhuisomgeving of interesse in chirurgische zorg
  • Kan je zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Ben je communicatief sterk en stressbestendig
  • Heb je kennis van HIX (vereist)
  • Ben je beschikbaar voor een voltijdse opdracht (100%)
  • Beschik je over een rijbewijs B
