Salaris: Minimaal €3.502,45 en maximaal €4.245,84 op basis van 36 uur (conform CAO VVT, schaal 45)

Over de organisatie Pennemes en Mennistenerf vormen samen Zorggroep Zaanstreek. Wij zijn twee Zaanse ouderenzorgcentra en bieden zorg aan ouderen met een somatische- of psychogeriatrische achtergrond. Dit doen we in de appartementen in onze hoofdgebouwen, maar ook in de aanleunwoningen. In de wijken rondom onze zorgcentra verlenen wij extramurale zorg bij cliënten thuis.

In onze organisatie hebben wij korte lijnen en een persoonlijke aanpak. Prettig samenwerken met de verschillende disciplines is voor ons belangrijk.

De somatische afdeling (IMZ) richt zich op het verzorgen en behandelen van mensen met lichamelijke aandoeningen, met aandacht voor welzijn en betekenisvolle activiteiten. Zo wordt bijgedragen aan een zinvolle dagstructuur voor de bewoners.

Wat ga je doen Als verpleegkundige houd jij je bezig met diverse taken:

- Je helpt bewoners die dagelijks zorg nodig hebben;

- Je houdt rapportages en zorgplannen bij;

- Je bereidt het multidisciplinair overleg voor;

- Je onderhoudt contact met familie en mantelzorgers en met zorgverleners, zoals huisartsen en specialisten;

- Je stimuleert de zelfredzaamheid van de bewoners en observeert en signaleert fysieke en mentale veranderingen en anticipeert hierop.

Wie ben jij

- Je beschikt over een (bijna) afgeronde mbo- opleiding verpleegkunde niveau 4;

- Je bent bevoegd en bekwaam in de verpleegtechnische handelingen;

- Je kunt zowel goed in teamverband als zelfstandig werken;

- Je bent een ster in coördineren, hebt oog voor kwaliteit en hebt een positieve houding.
