Jouw dag op de revalidatieafdeling

Wil jij écht het verschil maken in het herstel en de vooruitgang van patiënten na bijvoorbeeld een orthopedische ingreep, trauma of bij een chronische aandoening? Als verpleegkundige locomotorische revalidatie ondersteun je patiënten in hun revalidatieproces met als doel hun fysiek en psychosociaal potentieel opnieuw op te bouwen. Samen met het multidisciplinaire team streef je naar één doel: de patiënt zo zelfstandig mogelijk laten functioneren, met oog voor zijn of haar totale welzijn. Jouw doel is niet zomaar zorgen voor, maar samenwerken met de patiënt om diens zelfstandigheid en levenskwaliteit maximaal te herstellen. Elke kleine overwinning is daarbij een groot moment. Hier krijg je de ruimte om te werken in een dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteitsvolle zorg centraal staat, ondersteund door toptechnologie en een hecht team.

Ruimte om te handelen

Als verpleegkundige op de dienst locomotorische revalidatie

  • zet je je samen met je collega’s in voor integrale, kwalitatieve en vaktechnische zorg, waarbij je rekening houdt met de specifieke lichamelijke en psychosociale noden van de patiënt en zijn familie;
  • werk je nauw samen met collega’s en artsen om hoogwaardige zorg te bieden.

Ruimte voor jouw talent

We zoeken een collega die klaar is om bij te dragen aan kwaliteitszorg en zichzelf wil blijven ontwikkelen.

Bovendien heb je

  • een diploma en visum verpleegkunde of basisverpleegkunde;
  • een bijzondere interesse in het begeleiden en motiveren van patiënten in een neurologisch en/of orthopedisch revalidatieproces binnen een multidisciplinaire context;
  • het vermogen om goed te plannen en te organiseren, je kan prioriteiten bijsturen in functie van de noodwendigheid en je kan goed multidisciplinair samenwerken maar je kan ook zelfstandig werken;
  • een professionele attitude waarbij je de verwachtingen van zowel patiënten als collega’s op een correcte manier benadert.
