De dienst SP neurologie is een chronische zorgafdeling, gericht op neurologische behandeling en revalidatie. Binnen deze dienst werk je multidisciplinair samen om het fysieke, psychische en sociale potentieel van onze patiënten maximaal te ondersteunen.

Of het nu gaat om een terugkeer naar huis, een revalidatiecentrum, hersteloord, serviceflat, woonzorgcentrum of palliatieve eenheid – jij helpt patiënten hun weg te vinden.

Belangrijke informatie over de toekomstige werkplek

In het kader van de fusie tussen AZ Sint-Lucas en AZ Jan Palfijn zal de afdeling SP Neurologie in 2027 samen met het volledige team verhuizen naar Campus Watersportlaan. Bij opstart werk je op Campus Groenebriel (AZ Sint-Lucas), waar je deel uitmaakt van het huidige team. We verwachten dat je bereid bent om in 2027 mee de overstap te maken naar Campus Watersportlaan (AZ Jan Palfijn) en actief bij te dragen aan deze nieuwe fase binnen onze organisatie.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

- Je voert een verpleegkundige anamnese uit, plant de nodige zorgen voor de patiënten, observeert en controleert de gezondheidstoestand van de toegewezen patiënten - Je voert de verschillende verpleegtechnische handelingen correct uit - Je evalueert de toegediende zorg, stuurt bij indien nodig en rapporteert, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling over de patiënten - Je coördineert de zorg voor de patiënt in samenwerking met zorgkundigen - Je verstrekt correcte informatie aan patiënt - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie met de artsen betreffende de aan jou toegewezen patiënten - Je staat in voor de patiënt – en afdelingsgebonden administratie

- Je bent bachelor verpleegkundige of gegradueerd verpleegkundige - Je draagt patiëntgerichtheid hoog in het vaandel - Je houdt ervan om in team te werken maar kan evengoed zelfstandig aan de slag - Je bent in staat om snel te anticiperen op veranderende omstandigheden en past je planning aan - Een probleemsituatie brengt je niet van de wijs, je analyseert de situatie en gaat verder aan de slag - Tijdens jouw patiëntenzorg ga je uiterst zorgvuldig te werk
