WAT?

  • Contract onbepaalde duur
  • ZAS Hoge Beuken (2660, Antwerpen)
  • 38 uur/week (100%), overig regimes is bespreekbaar
  • Je bent bereid om in een gevarieerd shiftensysteem te werken, zowel overdag als ‘s nachts en in weekends.

OVER DE JOB

  • Je verleent deskundige en persoonlijke verpleegkundige zorg – Met aandacht voor de lichamelijke en psychosociale noden van elke patiënt en zijn omgeving.
  • Je voert verpleegkundige taken nauwkeurig en zorgzaam uit – Altijd volgens voorschrift van de behandelende arts en de geldende richtlijnen.
  • Je stimuleert zelfzorg en zelfstandigheid – En coördineert mee de multidisciplinaire revalidatieaanpak voor het beste herstel.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte toepassing van revalidatietechnieken – Waardoor patiënten optimaal ondersteund worden op de afdeling.
  • Je stemt het revalidatieprogramma af op elke patiënt – Zo krijgt iedereen de zorg die hij of zij echt nodig heeft.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en rapportering – Via overleg, verpleegdossiers en verpleegkundige transfertnota’s, zodat de zorg altijd doorloopt.

OVER JOU

  • Je hebt een diploma en visum van Bachelor of HBO5 (gegradueerd) verpleegkundige – Ervaring in geriatrie of revalidatie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en met respect – Je biedt zorg op maat met aandacht voor mobiliteit, voeding, lichamelijke hygiëne en psychosociale ondersteuning.
  • Je werkt oplettend, ordelijk, veilig, hygiënisch en kostenbewust – Dit zijn absolute vereisten in je dagelijkse taken.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en gaat assertief, correct en positief om met patiënten en zorgverstrekkers – Je behoudt steeds een professionele houding.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en rapporteert helder – Zowel naar patiënten en mantelzorgers als naar collega’s en leidinggevenden.
  • Je bent flexibel en betrokken – Je staat open voor veranderingen en werkt graag mee aan een fijne en efficiënte werkomgeving.
