ZAS, de drijvende kracht voor gezondheidszorg in beweging. Samen gaan we voor warme en innovatieve zorg.

Op de afdeling locomotorische revalidatie van ZAS Elisabeth begeleid je patiënten tijdens een belangrijke stap in hun herstel na onder meer een beroerte, ingreep of hart- en longaandoening. Samen met een multidisciplinair team draag je bij aan hun zelfstandigheid, welzijn en levenskwaliteit in een warme en aangepaste zorgomgeving. Op termijn verhuis je mee naar ZAS Vincentius, waar je mee bouwt aan de toekomst van de revalidatiezorg.

WAT ?

  • Contract onbepaalde duur
  • ZAS Elisabeth (2000, Antwerpen)
  • 38 uur/week (100%), overig regime is bespreekbaar.
  • Je bent bereid om in een gevarieerd shiftensysteem te werken, zowel overdag als ‘s nachts en in weekends.

OVER DE JOB

  • Persoonlijke zorg verlenen - Je biedt op maat gemaakte zorg aan patiënten met aandacht voor zowel lichamelijke als psychosociale behoeften.
  • Verpleegkundige taken uitvoeren - Je voert zorgvuldig de verpleegkundige opdrachten uit zoals voorgeschreven door artsen, volgens de geldende richtlijnen en wet- en regelgeving.
  • Zorgcontinuïteit waarborgen - Je zorgt voor de continuïteit van zorgverlening door middel van mondelinge besprekingen en het gebruik van het EPD (HIX).
  • Kwaliteit van zorg verbeteren - Je draagt actief bij aan het waarborgen en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van zorg en verpleegkundige dienstverlening.
  • Afdelingsverantwoordelijkheid nemen - Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de afdeling bij afwezigheid van het afdelingshoofd, om de dagelijkse werking optimaal te waarborgen.
  • Administratie en stagebegeleiding - Je werkt mee aan administratieve taken en ondersteunt stagiaires bij hun leerproces binnen de afdeling.

OVER JOU

  • Gekwalificeerd als verpleegkundige - Je hebt een diploma en visum als bachelor/ VVAZ of basisverpleegkundige/ HBO5 in verpleegkunde.
  • Passie voor revalidatie - Je hebt een sterke affiniteit voor het werken met patienten die in het revalidatieproces zijn. Je hebt het in je om zelfredzaamheid bij de patienten te stimuleren door educatie te geven en te motiveren.
  • Ervaring in revalidatie en/ of geriatrie (pluspunt) - Ervaring in geriatrie of revalidatie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Zorgzaam en empathisch - Je biedt respectvolle zorg met oog voor mobiliteit, voeding en psychosociale begeleiding van patiënten.
  • Samenwerkingsgericht - Je werkt effectief samen in een multidisciplinair team met een collegiale en flexibele instelling.
  • Bereidheid tot bijscholing - Je bent gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen door middel van bijscholing en het volgen van opleidingen.
