De weken vliegen voorbij, maar je hebt het gevoel dat je toch wel graag wat meer uren had willen werken. Je geeft bij de planning aan dat je graag extra losse diensten erbij wilt werken en je wordt ingepland. Jouw toekomst bij Highcare ziet er goed uit! Highcare vindt het belangrijk dat jij vrijheid hebt in jouw functie, dat we het samen doen en flexibel zijn. Functie-eisen Het is niet veel, maar er zijn een paar dingen die wij van jou verwachten als Verpleegkundige thuiszorg: - Diploma tot Verpleegkundige; - Je bent intra- en extramuraal inzetbaar; - Een goede dosis humor en passie voor je vak. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Daarnaast kun je van ons ook de volgende dingen verwachten in jouw rol als Verpleegkundige thuiszorg: - Een salaris boven het marktconform; - Een lease auto bij een vast contract van 24 uur; - Een jaarurensysteem; een bepaalde periode wat meer werken zodat je een paar weken vrij op kan nemen? Geen probleem; - Geen teamoverleg en alle rompslomp als wanneer je bij een bedrijf in dienst bent; - Verschillende verzorgings-, verpleeghuis of thuiszorg locaties waar jij een kijkje kan nemen; - Een flexibel en zelf in te vullen rooster; - Voldoende scholingsmogelijkheden bij onze Highcare Academy; - Enthousiaste contactpersonen van Highcare die altijd voor jou klaar staan
