The posting

Voor een woonzorgcentrum in de regio Aalst zoeken we een verpleegkundige die tijdelijk mee ondersteuning wil bieden over verschillende afdelingen heen.

Je wordt ingezet als vlinder binnen het volledige woonzorgcentrum. Dat betekent dat je niet aan één vaste afdeling gekoppeld bent, maar bijspringt waar je op dat moment het meest nodig bent. De voorziening telt vier afdelingen: twee open en twee gesloten afdelingen. Je wordt dus ook ingezet op de gesloten afdelingen.

Je staat in voor de gebruikelijke verpleegkundige zorgen, volgt bewoners mee op en zorgt voor een goede overdracht naar je collega’s. Omdat je op verschillende afdelingen werkt, zoeken we iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, snel kan schakelen en zich gemakkelijk aanpast aan verschillende teams en bewoners.

Praktisch:

  • vroege dienst: 6u54 – 15u
  • late dienst: 13u54 – 22u
  • 1 weekend op 2
  • opdracht voorlopig tot eind oktober, met grote kans op verlenging
  • ook mogelijk wanneer je geen 80% of 100% beschikbaar bent
  • uitsluitend op interimbasis

Je hoeft dus niet volledig vrij te zijn om in aanmerking te komen. Ook wanneer je maar een deel van de planning kan opnemen, bekijken we graag samen wat mogelijk is.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid op binnen de afdeling.
  • Je kan je vlot aanpassen aan verschillende teams en bewoners.
  • Je staat open voor inzet op zowel open als gesloten afdelingen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met collega’s en zorgt voor een goede overdracht.
  • Je bent bereid om vroege en late diensten te werken.
  • Je bent beschikbaar om 1 weekend op 2 te werken.
  • Affiniteit met ouderenzorg en/of ervaring met bewoners met dementie is een pluspunt.
  • Je hoeft niet noodzakelijk 80% of 100% beschikbaar te zijn; ook met een beperktere beschikbaarheid bekijken we graag wat mogelijk is.
