Erasmus MC · Rotterdam Functie inhoud Als verpleegkundige binnen de zorgkern Beweging heb je te maken met een combinatie van verschillende specialismen; orthopedie, traumatologie, plastische reconstructieve chirurgie en chirurgische dermatologie. Deze combinatie maakt jouw werk erg divers en uitdagend. Iedere dag is anders en iedere dag leer je weer iets nieuws. De ene dag heb je te maken met een complexe heup of knieoperatie. De andere dag verzorg je een patiënt die een borstreconstructie ondergaat met eigen lichaamsweefsel van buik of billen. Traumatologie omvat de grote ongelukken. Maar ook patiënten met schot- en steekwonden worden hier behandeld. Er zijn daarom veel verschillende verpleegtechnische handelingen en uitgebreide wondzorg. Werkomgeving De zorgkern Beweging is een dynamische chirurgische verpleegeenheid. We richten ons op operatieve ingrepen van aandoeningen van het bewegingsapparaat, reconstructieve plastische chirurgie, de behandeling van ongevalsheelkunde en chirurgische dermatologie. Omdat we een academisch ziekenhuis zijn, heeft vrijwel iedere patiënt op onze afdeling een hoge zorgbehoefte. We zien veel complexe en ook zeldzame ziektebeelden. Het zorgt ervoor dat je werk afwisselend en uitdagend is. En dat je veel kunt leren met een diversiteit aan groeimogelijkheden. Je komt te werken met enthousiaste en ambitieuze collega's die zich allemaal inzetten voor het leveren van uitstekende patiëntenzorg. Het team kenmerkt zich door professionaliteit en werkt nauw samen met diverse disciplines. Het is een fijne, moderne werkplek.
