Ben jij een verpleegkundige die houdt van technische uitdagingen, acute zorg en een dynamische ziekenhuisomgeving? Voor een opdracht op de afdeling Orthopedie & Traumatologie (7E) zoeken we een projectverpleegkundige die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en sterk staat in zowel klinisch redeneren als patiëntenzorg.

Wat ga je doen?

Op deze afdeling verzorg je patiënten met orthopedische en traumatische aandoeningen, zowel voor als na een ingreep. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en krijgt de kans om je expertise verder uit te bouwen binnen een technisch uitdagende zorgomgeving.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Uitvoeren van verpleegkundige zorgen bij orthopedische en traumapatiënten
  • Wondzorg en opvolging van het genezingsproces
  • Technische verpleegkundige handelingen zoals infusen, drainages, katheters en sondes
  • Pijnobservatie en pijnmanagement
  • Klinisch redeneren en tijdig detecteren van veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand van patiënten
  • Begeleiden en informeren van patiënten tijdens hun opname
  • Correcte rapportage en administratieve opvolging

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een verpleegkundige die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit een dynamische ziekenhuisomgeving. Je werkt graag samen met collega's, maar kan ook zelfstandig beslissingen nemen wanneer nodig. Dankzij jouw klinische blik, technische vaardigheden en patiëntgerichte aanpak draag je elke dag bij aan kwaliteitsvolle zorg.

Daarnaast:

  • Beschik je over een diploma bachelor of HBO5 verpleegkunde
  • Ben je een echte teamplayer
  • Heb je ervaring met of affiniteit voor orthopedie en traumatologie
  • Ben je sterk in wondzorg en technische verpleegkundige handelingen
  • Heb je interesse in pijnmanagement en klinisch redeneren
  • Heb je kennis van mobilisatiehulpmiddelen zoals braces, gipsen en andere orthopedische hulpmiddelen, of ben je gemotiveerd om hierin expertise op te bouwen
  • Is kennis van HIX een pluspunt
  • Beschik je over een rijbewijs B
