(Merchtem | deeltijds of voltijds | Contract onbepaalde duur)

Ons WZC ligt in het hart van Merchtem, gehuisvest in een historisch gebouw. Maar ons huis is meer dan een unieke historische plek: het is een warm en open huis waar we voor onze bewoners zorgen alsof het onze eigen familie is. Wat ga je doen?

Zorg & Gezondheid: Je bewaakt de gezondheid van de bewoners, voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit en dient nauwkeurig medicatie toe.

Dossierbeheer: Je zorgt voor een vlotte en correcte opvolging van de zorgdossiers.

Samenwerken: Je werkt intensief samen met je directe collega's, artsen en andere disciplines op de afdeling.

Warmte brengen: Je helpt mee aan een huiselijke en veilige omgeving waarin bewoners zich echt thuis voelen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde en een geldig visum.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent collegiaal, verantwoordelijk en combineert kwaliteit moeiteloos met oprechte menselijkheid.
