Je komt terecht in een woonzorgcentrum waar warme, persoonsgerichte zorg centraal staat. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de (fysieke en psychische) zorg en het algemeen welbevinden van onze bewoners. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, familie en artsen en werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen een multidisciplinair team.

Als verpleegkundige streef je, samen met je collega’s, kwaliteitsvolle zorg na, op vlak van hygiëne, zorg, voeding en comfort.

· Je coördineert en stuurt het team zorgkundigen aan.

· Je observeert, evalueert en rapporteert de zorgnoden van onze bewoners (communicatie is onontbeerlijk) en zoekt multidisciplinair naar oplossingen.

· Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, familieleden, collega’s en artsen.

· Je creëert een positieve sfeer tussen de verschillende actoren.

· Je kan je inleven in de leefwereld van onze bewoners en wil bijdragen tot een waardevol en gelukkig verblijf in ons woonzorgcentrum.

· Je bent afgestudeerd als bachelor of HBO5 verpleegkundige

· Je hebt een empathisch vermogen en respect voor diversiteit

· Je bent stressbestendig en zorgvuldig

· Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en werkt graag binnen een multidisciplinair team.

· Je bent stipt en werkt probleemoplossend.

· Je typeert je door je enthousiasme, flexibiliteit, motivatie en zorgzaamheid.

· Je hebt de juiste sociale vaardigheden en je bent een warme persoonlijkheid met het hart op de juiste plaats.

· Je houdt rekening met elk verhaal, elke persoonlijkheid.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde (HBO5, bachelor of master) en een visum
  • Ervaring in de ouderenzorg is een plus, maar geen vereiste
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands (gesproken en geschreven)
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je bent zorgzaam, empathisch en hebt een hart voor ouderen
  • Je kan rustig en correct handelen in noodsituaties
  • Je bent een teamplayer en communiceert vlot met collega’s, bewoners en familie
  • Je denkt mee na over kwaliteitsvolle zorg en draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen
