Ben jij een verpleegkundige die ervan houdt om patiënten met een multipathologische problematiek mee te ondersteunen tijdens hun opname? Op onze afdeling acute geriatrie 1 zoeken we een vaste weekendwaak.

Op een acute geriatrie kan je jouw klinisch redeneervermogen volop inzetten en verder aanscherpen door linken te leggen over alle pathologieën heen. Bij onze geriatrische zorgvragers komt een probleem namelijk nooit alleen. Je ervaart de veelzijdigheid van deze discipline door de enorme range aan ziektebeelden die hier voorkomen.

Goede ouderenzorg, dat is dagelijks multidisciplinair samenwerken aan een holistische benadering op maat. De dankbaarheid van de oudere zorgvragers en hun entourage is een extra troef. Zit je werkdag erop? Dan kan je door de sterke omkadering de professionele zorg overdragen aan je collega's en de werkdag met een voldaan gevoel afsluiten.

Een blik op jouw takenpakket:

- Na een inwerkperiode in de dag neem je de verantwoordelijkheid op voor de coördinatie en de uitvoering van de zorg voor de aan jou toegewezen patiënten. - Instaan voor een goede communicatie en informatiedoorstroming op de afdeling rond de individuele patiënt. - Coördineren van het logistieke gebeuren op de afdeling. - Multidisciplinair samenwerken. - Bijdragen aan kwaliteitszorg op de afdeling.

- Je bent verpleegkundige (bachelor of gegradueerde). - Je hebt kennis van of interesse in verpleegproblemen bij geriatrische patiënten. - Je bent nauwgezet op vlak van observatie. - Je kan constructief samenwerken in team en werkt ook heel zelfstandig. - Je hebt aandacht voor de belevingswereld van de patiënt en bent klantgericht.
