Wat ga je doen?

Op VE Heelkunde worden patiënten opgenomen voor de medische disciplines algemene heelkunde, thorax- en vaatheelkunde en urologie.

Als lid van het verpleegkundig team sta je als verpleegkundige in voor een kwaliteitsvolle en patiëntgerichte zorg en help je de afgesproken doelstellingen te bereiken.

  • Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige postoperatieve opvolging van de patiënten.
  • Je voert professionele wondzorg uit.
  • Je monitort de vitale parameters.
  • Je ondersteunt bij mobilisatie en pijnbestrijding.
  • Je observeert aandachtig eventuele veranderingen in de toestand van patiënten en communiceert deze helder naar collega’s en artsen.
  • Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken op de wondzorgkliniek.

  • Je bent een verpleegkundige met een diploma op A2 of op A1 niveau (gediplomeerd, gegradueerd of bachelor).
  • Je kan goed organiseren en kan het hoofd koel houden in drukke periodes of in moeilijke situaties.
  • Je communiceert helder en gestructureerd.
  • Je kan vlot met de computer werken (vooral met MS Office pakket en KWS).
  • Je bent sterk patiëntgericht en handelt naar onze waarden en normen.
  • Je bent bereid tot bijscholing.
