The posting

Onze hospilatisatieafdeling cardiochirurgie en thorax- en vaatheelkunde is op zoek naar een enthousiaste verpleegkundige. Wij staan in voor zowel de preoperatieve als de postoperatieve zorgen van deze chirurgische patiënten. Onze afdeling bestaat uit 22 lowcare bedden, 4 mediumcare bedden en 2 transplantatiekamers. Ben je aangetrokken tot hoogtechnologische zorg en volg je ook graag je patiënt gedurende zijn hele traject mee op? Dan is onze afdeling wat jij zoekt. Je komt terecht in een hecht team met een hart voor de patiënt en voor elkaar.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je staat vooral in voor de pre- en postoperatieve begeleiding van patiënten die een operatie ondergaan met oog voor de bredere zorgcontext.
  • Na een inwerkperiode, bied je verpleegkundige zorg aan:
  • patiënten met een LVAD (in afwachting van een harttransplantatie)
  • patiënten die een harttransplantatie hebben ondergaan
  • patiënten die postoperatief op de medium care afdeling verblijven
  • Je begeleidt stagiairs en studenten verpleegkundige.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een diploma verpleegkunde (basisverpleegkundige, HBO5 of bachelor/VVAZ).
  • Je ondersteunt innoverend denken en handelen en bent bereid om je continu bij te scholen.
  • Je kiest bewust voor een loopbaan in een omgeving met complexe patiëntenzorg.
  • Je bent een teamspeler, loyaal en integer.
  • Je hecht veel belang aan patiëntveiligheid.
  • Je bent bereid om in een continudienst te werken.
