The posting

Ons enthousiaste team op de afdeling diabetologie, endocrinologie, immunologie en gastro-enterologie (A1) zoekt gepassioneerde verpleegkundigen om de zorg te bieden die onze patiënten nodig hebben. Wij zorgen voor 28 patiënten die worstelen met diabetes (nieuwe diagnoses, ontregelingen, complicaties zoals voetwondes, …), endocriene aandoeningen, immunologische problemen en gastro-intestinale aandoeningen. Hier werken we nauw samen in een multidisciplinair team om de best mogelijke zorg te leveren.

Als lid van ons team maak je deel uit van een warme en ondersteunende werkomgeving waar we samen zorgen voor de patiënt, van diagnose tot herstel. We geloven in levenslang leren, en bieden jou de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen in verschillende zorgdisciplines.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je werkt in een professionele zorgomgeving met patiënten met diverse aandoeningen: diabetologie, endocrinologie, immunologie en gastro-enterologie.
  • Na een zorgvuldig inwerktraject begeleid je patiënten via een gestructureerd educatieprogramma naar optimale zelfzorg.
  • Je ondersteunt patiënten vanaf diagnose tot het opstellen van individuele behandelingsschema’s.
  • Je maakt deel uit van de zorg rond het obesitasprogramma binnen de metabole eenheid.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een diploma verpleegkunde (bachelor, hbo-5 of gelijkwaardig).
  • Je werkt in een deeltijds regime van 80%, in een continu dienstrooster.
  • Je hebt ervaring in diabetologie (diabeteseducator) of reumatologie (als reumatologisch verpleegkundige) – of je bent bereid dit te leren.
  • Je deelt onze visie van levenslang leren en persoonlijke groei.
  • Je kijkt ernaar uit om jezelf voortdurend te blijven ontwikkelen.
