Wat ga je doen?

  • je wordt tewerkgesteld in een oncologisch gespecialiseerde zorgomgeving waarin zowel acute, palliatieve als terminale zorg hun plaats hebben
  • na een aangepast begeleidingstraject zal je in staat zijn oncologische zorgtrajecten te beheersen en resultaatgericht oplossingen te zoeken
  • je bent door je deskundigheid in staat de beste verpleegmethode voor je patiënt te selecteren en uit te voeren
  • je hebt continu aandacht voor onderliggende problemen bij de patiënt en werkt, samen met een multidisciplinair team, resultaatgericht naar een oplossing
  • vanuit de fysieke, psycho-emotionele, sociale en spirituele deelgebieden garandeer je een totaalbenadering van je patiënt

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • je bent bachelor verpleegkundige (ervaring in de oncologie en/of in het bezit van de BANABA oncologie is een meerwaarde)
  • je bent vooral een teamspeler die op professionele wijze wenst om te gaan met alle actoren in onze setting
  • je stelt patiëntenveiligheid als prioriteit
  • je bent loyaal en integer
  • je ondersteunt innoverend denken en handelen
  • je superviseert de ondersteunende functies van de aan u toevertrouwde werknemers in de zorg, en werkt ook samen met studenten
  • je bent iemand die onze visie in verband met levenslang leren reeds in zich heeft; permanent groeien schrikt je niet af
  • je hebt aandacht voor de fysieke, psycho-emotionele, sociale en spirituele noden, aangepast aan elk individu
