Op zoek naar een nieuwe adem als verpleegkundige? Ons enthousiaste team verwelkomt je graag! Voor onze nieuwe verpleegafdeling pneumologie zijn wij op zoek naar gemotiveerde collega’s.

Als verpleegkundige op onze afdeling loop je warm voor uitdagende en gevarieerde zorg voor patiënten met een breed scala aan longaandoeningen. Op de dienst worden patiënten opgenomen voor diagnose, opvolging en behandeling van ernstige obstructieve en/of restrictieve longziekten, pulmonale infecties en infectieziekten. Ook de opvolging van de patiënten met chronische thuisbeademing (vb. bij ALS) en longtransplantatiepatiënten worden op de longafdeling behandeld.

Je komt terecht binnen een hecht team dat je stap per stap ondersteunt om je vaardigheden als verpleegkundige verder te ontwikkelen, met een begeleide inwerkperiode.

Wat ga je doen?

  • je staat in voor de volledige verpleegkundige zorg van een groep patiënten met longaandoeningen
  • je levert kwalitatief hoogstaande zorg en maakt hierbij gebruik van afwisselende technieken zoals: zuurstoftoediening, canulezorg, optiflow, NIV (niet invasieve beademing), thoraxdrainage, capnografie, observatie na invasieve procedures, pre- en post zorgen aan longtransplantatiepatiënten, ...
  • je hebt aandacht voor de fysieke, psychische en sociale noden van je patiënten.
  • je werkt multidisciplinair samen aan een optimaal herstel en maximale levenskwaliteit voor je patiënten

Wie zoeken we?

  • je behaalde het diploma van verpleegkundige (bachelor, hbo-5 of gelijkgesteld)
  • je werkt in continudienst
  • je kiest bewust voor een omgeving met complexe patiëntenzorg
  • je bent iemand die graag nieuwe dingen wilt leren en zich wilt bijscholen
  • je bent een teamspeler, bent loyaal en integer
  • je stelt patiëntveiligheid als prioriteit
