Heel wat Viro-cliënten hebben een ondersteuningsvraag waarin medische begeleiding nodig is. Daarin speelt onze verpleegkundige dienst een belangrijke verbindende, multidisciplinaire rol. Goesting om als verpleegkundige samen met je collega’s cliënten en begeleiders te ondersteunen op medisch vlak? Duik dan in onze vacature!

Hoe ziet jouw job eruit?

In de verpleegkundige dienst werk je samen met jouw collega’s op de verschillende locaties van Viro. Je ondersteunt op vraag waar nodig, en werkt samen met (huis)artsen en andere ondersteunende diensten binnen en buiten Viro. Belangrijk is dat je goed kan organiseren, ernaar uitkijkt om aan de slag te gaan en gemakkelijk het overzicht behoudt over je taken.

Op weekdagen is de verpleegkundige dienst aanwezig van 7 tot 19 uur. Dat betekent dat jullie in shiften werken. Om beurt zijn jullie op zaterdagvoormiddag aan het werk. Als dat nodig is, breiden we in overleg de diensten tijdelijk uit.

Dit is een vervangingscontract omwille van ziekte. Ben je onmiddellijk inzetbaar, dan is dat een pluspunt.

Ben jij wie we zoeken?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma verpleegkunde.
  • Je bent positief, integer en vindt het fijn om in team te werken. Je kan ook zelfstandig werken en neemt spontaan verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je houdt van uitdagingen en hebt goesting om te blijven bijleren.
  • Ervaring in werken met volwassenen en kinderen met een beperking en psychische kwetsbaarheid is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent eerlijk en rechtvaardig.
  • Je durft jezelf en jouw functioneren kritisch te bekijken.
  • Je stelt de cliënt centraal, en vertrekt altijd vanuit respect en empathie voor onze cliënten, hun netwerk en je collega’s.
  • Je hebt ook oog voor de relaties tussen cliënten, Viro en de wereld waarvan we deel uitmaken.
  • Je bouwt graag samen met anderen een werking of project uit.
