In onze 17 woonzorgcentra en 7 kinderdagverblijven beantwoorden medewerkers de zorgbehoefte van cliënten én ook de eigen behoefte om zorg te geven.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verpleegkundige en zorgkundige zorg van de bewoners, zoals het uitvoeren van inspuitingen, bloedafnames en wondzorg.
  • Je helpt bewoners om hun gezondheid en welzijn te behouden, te verbeteren en bevordert hun autonomie.
  • Tijdens huisartsenbezoeken begeleid je de artsen en vul je het medisch dossier van bewoners verder aan.
  • Je bouwt respectvolle vertrouwensrelaties met de families van bewoners.
  • Je neemt deel aan verschillende overlegmomenten en rapporteert aan het afdelingshoofd.
