Functieomschrijving De dienst Z1A staat in voor de observatie, verzorging en opvolging van patiënten binnen volgende domeinen: algemene heelkunde, gastro-enterologie, urologie en plastische heelkunde.

Als verpleegkundige ziet jouw takkenpakket er als volgt uit:

- Je observeert de patiënt in het kader van de diagnose en de behandeling - Je staat in voor de totaalzorg voor de patiënt: de patiënt bijstaan in zijn fysische, psychische en sociale noden - Je begeleidt de familie waar nodig - Je biedt hulp aan aan artsen bij diagnose en behandeling; dit omvat een aantal technieken en toevertrouwde handelingen - Je rapporteert de aspecten uit het zorgverleningsproces, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Je werkt in multidisciplinair verband aan het ontslagmanagement - Je werkt actief mee aan de realisatie van organisatie- en afdelingsdoelstellingen

Om te werken op de dienst abdominale zorg als verpleegkundige werk je graag en vlot samen in teamverband, benader je de patiënten en hun familie op een vriendelijke manier en ben je stressbestendig. Kan je vlot omgaan met onverwachte situaties en kan je toevertrouwde handelingen zelfstandig en snel uitvoeren? Ben je daarnaast ook bereid om mee te werken aan projecten voor kwaliteitsverbetering? Ook belangrijk:

- Je genoot een opleiding als bachelor in de verpleegkunde, gegradueerd verpleegkundige (HBO5), basisverpleegkunde of je rondt jouw opleiding binnenkort af. - Je bent bereid tot het volgen van bijkomende opleidingen
