Ben jij een gedreven verpleegkundige die op zoek is naar een dynamische werkomgeving? Op onze dienst pneumologie/nefrologie krijg je de kans om patiënten met voornamelijk longaandoeningen te verzorgen en te ondersteunen. Daarnaast biedt onze afdeling ook zorg aan patiënten met nefrologische, thoracale, neus-keel-oor en stomatologische aandoeningen. Dit zorgt voor een gevarieerde en uitdagende werkdag waarin je jouw kennis en vaardigheden kunt uitbreiden. Kom bij ons team en draag bij aan de uitmuntende zorg voor onze patiënten!

Functieomschrijving

Een greep uit jouw takkenpakket:

- Je observeert de patiënt met het oog op diagnose en behandeling - Je verleent integrale zorg aan de patiënt, waarbij je ondersteuning biedt bij fysieke, psychische en sociale behoeften - Je biedt begeleiding en ondersteuning aan de familie van de patiënt - Je helpt artsen bij diagnostiek en behandeling: dit omvat een aantal technieken en toevertrouwde handelingen - Je rapporteert schriftelijk en mondeling verschillende aspecten binnen het zorgproces

Met een sterke patiëntgerichte houding ben je leergierig en gemotiveerd om je kennis bij te schaven door relevante opleidingen te volgen. Je kunt zelfstandig werken en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Daarnaast beschik je over technische vaardigheden en een goed probleemoplossend vermogen.

Ook belangrijk:

- Je genoot een opleiding tot bachelor in de verpleegkunde, gegradueerd verpleegkundige (HBO5) of basisverpleegkunde.
