Functieomschrijving

Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar bij voorkeur een verpleegkundige voor het Psychiatrisch Verzorgingstehuis (PVT), een woonvorm voor mensen met een chronische psychiatrische problematiek.

Deze vacature situeert zich binnen het PVT De Luwte. Hier verblijven een dertigtal bewoners met chronisch psychiatrische problemen in kleinere woongelegenheden.

Als verpleegkundige:

  • Ben je flexibel ingesteld.
  • Neem je verantwoordelijkheid en kan je zelfstandig werken.
  • Kan je het verpleegproces / zorgproces opvolgen en de zorg coördineren rond de patiënt.
  • Beschik je over sterke observationele kwaliteiten en een groot aanpassingsvermogen
  • Kan je actief luisteren en heb je gespreks- en motivatietechnieken.
  • Ben je stressbestendig en kan je adequaat reageren in acute situaties
  • Heb je wenselijk ervaring met de doelgroep of ben je bereid snel kennis op te doen omtrent verschillende ziektebeelden, psychiatrie en herstelgerichte visie, via opleiding en intervisie
