The posting

De Vrije Vlinder in Berchem biedt residentiële zorg aan volwassenen met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH), meestal tussen 18 en 65 jaar, met complexe zorgnoden. Als verpleegkundige werk je nauw samen met een multidisciplinair team en ben je een belangrijke schakel in het dagelijkse zorgproces en het creëren van een veilig, gestructureerd en warm woonklimaat.

Dit vind je leuk om te doen

  • Verpleegkundige zorg: wondzorg uitvoeren, medicatie klaarzetten en toedienen, medicatiebeleid opvolgen en toezicht houden op voorraad en kwaliteit.
  • Dagelijkse ondersteuning: bewoners begeleiden bij ADL en persoonlijke hygiëne.
  • Structuur en voorspelbaarheid: rust en duidelijkheid creëren in het dagritme.
  • Multidisciplinair teamwork: actief meewerken aan zorgplannen, observaties delen en afstemmen met collega’s van verschillende disciplines.
  • Projectmatig meedenken: initiatieven en verbeterprojecten opzetten die de zorg en werking van de afdeling versterken.
  • Coördinatie en administratie: afspraken, consultaties en vervoer plannen, administratie en rapportering opvolgen.

Jouw belangrijkste uitdagingen

  • Bewoners met complexe zorgnoden optimaal ondersteunen in hun residentiële leefomgeving.
  • Samenwerken in een multidisciplinair team en het overzicht behouden over het dagelijkse zorgproces.
  • Bijdragen aan projecten en initiatieven die de werking van de afdeling verbeteren en vernieuwen.
  • Bachelor of gegradueerd verpleegkundige.
  • Affiniteit met NAH en complexe zorgvragen; leergierig en proactief.
  • Teamspeler die kalm blijft onder druk, helder communiceert en initiatief neemt.
  • Zorgzaam, praktisch ingesteld en gedreven om een veilige en warme omgeving te creëren.
