The posting

Als verpleegkundige ben je het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor medische en verpleegtechnische vragen binnen onze verschillende campussen en sites woonondersteuning (Flegado - t'Onzent - Stutterij). Je bewaakt de continuïteit van de zorg over de verschillende campussen heen en maakt complexe regelgeving begrijpelijk en toepasbaar op de werkvloer.

Je coördineert het medicatieproces: je verwerkt wijzigingen, zet medicatie en medicatiekarren correct klaar, volgt voorraad en houdbaarheid op en stemt af met artsen, apotheken en de medicatierobot. Je biedt verpleegkundige zorg op maat, zoals wondzorg, parametercontroles, vaccinaties, bloed- en staalafnames en andere welomschreven verpleegkundige handelingen. Je volgt de gezondheid van cliënten mee op via observaties, medische dossiers en digitale toepassingen, en organiseert onder meer vaccinaties, bloedafnames en noodzakelijke onderzoeken. Je ontvangt artsen waar mogelijk, bundelt medische vragen, verwerkt afspraken en resultaten in ZOL en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van voorschriften en verslagen. Je beoordeelt samen met de arts welke handelingen aan een Bekwame Helper kunnen worden toevertrouwd, organiseert de nodige opleiding en instructies en volgt competenties en voorwaarden op. Je coacht begeleiders in medicatieveiligheid, correcte registratie, EHBO en verpleegkundige procedures en maakt van kwaliteitsafspraken een haalbare dagelijkse praktijk. Je beheert en evalueert het draaiboek verpleegkundige handelingen en Bekwame Helper, analyseert medicatie-incidenten en vertaalt bevindingen naar concrete verbeteracties voor de teams.

· Je beschikt over een erkend diploma verpleegkunde en het vereiste visum om het beroep in België uit te oefenen.

· Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en betrouwbaar en houdt overzicht over verschillende campussen en processen. Je deelt graag kennis en kan procedures en verpleegkundige instructies begrijpelijk overbrengen aan niet-verpleegkundige collega's.

· Je communiceert helder en verbindend met cliënten, begeleiders, artsen, apothekers en andere zorgprofessionals. Je neemt eigenaarschap, stelt prioriteiten en blijft rustig wanneer dringende medische vragen de planning doorkruisen.

· Je hebt affiniteit met volwassenen met een beperking; ervaring in de sector en kennis van het kader Bekwame Helper zijn sterke troeven.

· Je bent bereid je bij te scholen en beschikt over een rijbewijs B om je tussen de campussen te verplaatsen.
