Als verpleegkundige in weekenddienst zorg je voor continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg op momenten die er extra toe doen. Je combineert verpleegkundige handelingen met duidelijke communicatie en teamafstemming, zodat bewoners en collega’s op jou kunnen rekenen.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit:

  • verpleegkundige handelingen uitvoeren volgens de geldende richtlijnen;
  • zorgplannen opvolgen en bewaken van de continuïteit van zorg;
  • observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn;
  • je onderhoudt contact met bewoners, familie en artsen waar nodig;
  • ondersteuning bieden aan de zorgkundigen in hun dagelijkse werking;
  • je registreert correct en neemt administratieve taken op in functie van zorgkwaliteit.

Als verpleegkundige in weekenddienst draag je bij aan continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg door verpleegkundige handelingen uit te voeren, zorgplannen op te volgen en veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn correct te rapporteren. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor betrouwbare zorg op momenten die extra belangrijk zijn, zodat bewoners en team op jou kunnen rekenen. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten flexibel, sociaal en stressbestendig binnen jouw functie centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat weekendwerking vraagt dat je snel schakelt, helder communiceert en rustig blijft bij onverwachte situaties.

Verder vragen wij:

  • een professionele bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO5 verpleegkunde en een geldig visum;
  • goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal;
  • je neemt administratieve taken op in functie van zorgkwaliteit;
  • zelfstandigheid en goed functioneren in een team.
